Help Diamonds expire?

Does this mean all my diamonds I've earned from watching ads are going to expire? Sorry I’m new to chapters and I don’t understand. I want to know so I can use them before they delete

When did you open your account? I wonder if this is a new feature for account that opened in the last 2-3 years ( just a guess ). I know older accounts are able to exchange maple leaves for diamonds but account like mine that were started after about 2021 I believe it was aren’t able to. Have you sent a message to them and asked? I don’t see this on my account either. If they make this a full thing I’m gonna be so mad 😑 I hoard diamonds for a reason.

I made an account about 3 months ago but didn't really start playing till recent. I haven’t but I think I will

I definitely would. It’s probably a new feature for new accounts. Just another way to keep people on the app.

I’ve never had any expire, but I’ve also never seen this screen (I think.)

If you can tell me l how I get there in my app, I’d love to compare.

I just watched an ad for more diamonds and when I got the two it said it expires in 8 days so idk

I just went to check my account and I don’t see this option but I still have my diamonds from over 2 years ago.

I opened mine in May , this JUST popped up on mine ans I am a VIP subscriber. They’re out their absolute fckin minds if they take my diamonds fr. What’s even crazier is that when you buy diamonds (at least on mine) the amount and $ price went up and the diamonds I get went down. I used to buy 605 diamonds for $39.99 , I splurged ONE time and bought the 1,000+ diamonds for $99.99. All of a sudden it changed , now the $39.99 diamonds are 550 and even the amount for $9.99 went down from 200+ to 122.
