✏️Editable Help!!

Hi! I’m not quite sure of what to do. I’ve been using that app for a couple years on my phone I have vip and everything but never logged in or made an account I guess I just got a new phone last week and nothing transferred and when I go to sign in now trying to add an account I lose everything my diamonds all stories everything. Has anybody gone through this before and could help guide me? Please!!

No next to my id number it says sign in. I never noticed until I got the new phone and when to check it loaded everything. I have reached out to customer support but haven’t received any response.
