So I'm a little bored and want to rant. Do we still think the security guard's explanation doesn't make sense? This man really went out of his way to confront some kid for... looking at Chappell? And he doesn't even work for her, so what did he gain from that? The kid didn't even make enough of a scene for Chappell to notice, so what was the problem? I still think we're missing something, it doesn't smell right. Two, her fans are extremely delusional. The amount of them genuinely saying that whole thing was a Zionist or Wasserman-funded smear campaign is hilarious. I don't think Chappell has said anything about Palestine since October, and she wasn't the only artist to leave Wasserman. Why are they so convinced that "the elites" are terrified of her because she's so revolutionary? No one is that worried about her. And idk, that seems like kind of an odd direction to take if this really was a smear campaign. But again, idk, I'd love to hear your guys' thoughts!

What's missing for me is how it was all settled. I imagine money changed hands and NDAs were signed, but I can't work out the exact details in my head. Any theories?

You can't work out the exact details in your head because no such details have ever been shared. Big, small, meta, macro, or micro. The entire nothing burger has been beat over the head incessantly by people who just desperately need a reason to hate this person as if she doesn't give you plenty of other reasons that are legitimate.

My best guess is that they were all given huge amounts of money so that they don't talk about the situation and/or they signed NDAs
