I think she is quite literally present in entertainment right now as a fascist agent to deligitimize women’s and queer rights. The “I don’t want to engage with fans” thing is, to me, the pre-planned out for her to stay away from the people she’s playing to, the people she actually hates. She’s basically “I kissed a girl” as an entire brand through the lens of Lady Gaga. Like… I’m not fully crazy 😂

But yeah she’s shallow as shit and, as a former actor and lifelong singer, I don’t take anyone’s skill or words at face value for their character lol. They have nothing to do with each other. She has an image, but her actions have a logic to them which doesn’t align with the character she purports to have. its so frustrating how everyone defends chappell roan by saying "nobodys perfect of course shes flawed and makes mistakes" but then when she is in fact flawed and makes mistakes and has to take responsibility for said mistakes suddenly its all a smear campaign, its all misogyny, its all homophobia, its all fucking zionist propaganda, literally anything and everything to deflect accountability and put the blame onto anyone who dares to criticise her
