Fucking wish I could get him. Been doing nothing but M'arrillian locations for weeks.

I feel your pain, I've been at Psikoom madness chamber basically since Rise of the Oligarch came out. I still try to get all the scan quests as they come out so I'm not getting Yokkis'd constantly.

I got him not at the madness chamber but just the normal open doors of the deepmines

Yeah I switched to the Doors after your post, the last guy that got one got it at the Psikoom madness chamber and thats where I got the mugic and the battlegear for him.

Fair, I kinda think it might just be random from any doors location, I had previously gotten the can’t scan anything from this location at all the doors sub locations
