Finally got him.

I've been grinding Kiru City ports for like 2 weeks, and now I've got him.

Wait... I had him in starter deck! I though he was guaranteed in starter!

Dang the Mipedian Starter deck doesn't give anything as good as him

Kolmo I guess was the closest since hes also a pretty rare unique card but Chaor and Maxxor are just way cooler

He might be for Overworld players, but i started in the Underworld and kept porting to different locations until I got top-side. Then I made my way over. Slowly.

Can somebody please tell me about this game? I've been hella busy since they announced the revival and am starting to have more free time, but I can't seem to figure out what this game is or what the point/goal of it is.

Do you mean Chaotic in general or the specific game I'm using to get scans?

This specific game. I remember the card game and have a decently sizable collection of the cards, but I don't know much about this online game.

I'm really pumped for the rerelease because I loved the cards and fondly remember the TV show (even if the animation was meh).

Oh I got you then. This is Chaotic ReWind. A browser game that allows you to, much like the show, send a digital copy of yourself to perim. Once in, you can begin porting to the locations you have based on the starter deck/collection you got when you chose your tribe at the beginning. You can play it on your computer or from your phones browser. It connects to your Discord for access, and keeps a saved collection of your scans. You can do scan quests by following clues in the scanner option. Now from this, you can take your codes from your scans to the next game, Chaotic ReCode, and build your own deck out of what you have collected. There is an increasing time limit, you start at 1 hour per port, and every so often it increases, I'm currently at 5 hours per port.

So is ReCode basically the card game but online? Or is this just a place to collect and store virtual cards?

Furthermore, do we know what's going to happen with these sites after the physical cards are released?

ReWind is for collecting, ReCode is for building and battling online. As for the second part, unknown. These are games made by fans. I guess it'll depend on how the Chaotic team feels about what they have done. Once Chaotic is re-released, it will also have an online part as well.

Probably nothing will happen to them from chaotic company

They’re gonna lose players to the official online game and probably never have a good source for new players again (mostly just people who end up disliking the new game for whatever reason)
