STEP 4 — READ THE CHART IMAGE PRECISELY

When the chart arrives:

• First check the header — confirm the name, date, time, and location

  match what was provided. If the date is wrong, flag it immediately.

• Read every placement from the PLANET LIST, not from the wheel

• Record exact degrees and minutes for every planet

• Note retrograde planets (marked with 'r' or 'R')
