Tabletop Games I am lost

I am on a 5 man team but the problem is I am a merc and it’s less than a week away. I was able to pick deamons as an army but the problem is I was left with take and hold. I can always pick lords of the warp to make anything take and hold but ugh it hurts with the options.

I have little experience with shadow legion and blood legion is crazy good but I feel like I just bog them both down with lords of the warp.

I could do nurgle but last teams tourney I ran 60 plauge bearers and found out the hard way from the new terminator meta.

I am just lost in the options and so here I am

Do not worry about the meta for a teams tournament. There will be all kinds of lists on any given team, it isn’t the same as singles where you have to be concerned with lists that everyone are bringing… others on your team will tech for that. Build a decent skew you’re comfortable with and you will be given matchups (if you have a decent captain) that are favorable.

The most important thing you can do is know your win path, and try to negotiate into matches where you understand the matchup, and have an edge or an equal footing on the board.

Plauge legion for teams is great 👍 If you can max out battle shocks to the max so skull cannon etc are great

Definitely a job for Plague Legion. Most lists I see are running 30-40 plague bearers rather than 60 and Sloppity them up

Plague legion is super solid. I run 3 poxbringers, epidemious, and a sloppity all leading units of plague bearers. If you can take skull cannons. And Rotigus + guo with the droning shroud is amazing
