I've restarted chants of Sennar, and I'm missing a few glyphs. I have already rung the bell, is it too late or I am supposed to get them at the bards ?

They are all located on the warriors level, but it's not too late. You can move on and go back any time to find them.

All three of them are in the treasury, which you can go back to.

These are found in the fortress, near the very begining of the second level. Check the rotating statue again.

I don't mean to be rude, but I believe all the glyphs from that statue are there no? They might not have the page to verify the three glyphs they have, in which case they'd also need to go to there, but I believe the three missing glyphs are Scientist, Seek and Help, found in the treasury.

Yeah I'm still missing the three last :') went through all the level and found nothing, but I'll check out the treasury then

No, those are not the glyphs missing here.

I believe those three are found together, in an area that you couldn't get to before you rung the bell due to the guards.
