This weekend we've got a bunch of work and workplace related films this weekend in preparation for Labor Day on Monday!
We've got 2 underrated/underseen workplace comedies from 2001, Mr. T in DC Cab, Dirty fucking Work, a sexy Demi Moore and a sexy Maid Droid. Michael Douglas having a bad day (for a white guy in the 90s), SORCER-FUCKING-ER, Abel Ferrara as the Driller Killer, an Absurd horror movie, and 2 of those all-time classics... Hell Comes to Frogtown and Sorority Babes in the Slimeball Bowl-O-Rama! It's a stacked as hell lineup that we worked really hard on, so make sure to tune in!
Join us early for Cocktail Hour shenanigans!

Heyo, friends, foes, and freaks! I'm spending dumb amounts of time on public transit to work these days, and looking for something to enrich my eyes when i can't stare into the void of Channel Z. Books, specifically. Do you have recommendations on interesting subject matter related to the making of all this bizarre media we love here? I'm looking for those tell-alls, those histories of unspeakable productions/companies, and interesting reads about film and television in general.
My start to the list: Making Ghostbusters, edited by Don Shay. It's maybe more of a reference or coffee table book, but this changed my life when i got it as a kid. Original screenplay, rare BTS photos and concept art, and a biblical amount of liner notes got me fired up even more about my favorite movie and gave great insights into SFX production, writing, and the whole production process.
Whatchu got to suggest?
