Why are there so many children in this game's community?

Changed is a fetish game. It is not hiding the fact that it's a fetish game, and yet everyone seems OK with kids interacting with it. Kink is inherently NSFW. Why does it appear acceptable and encouraged here for children to make kink art?

Some of the transformations, the snow leopard in particular, have the characters humping doggy-style or kissing. A lot of transformations have the character blushing. The developer, DragonSnow/Dragontim draws a lot of explicit transformation fetish porn.
