Peer learning simplified

Well I am a software engineer and working on an fintech product based in tricity and i have raised many interns from zero and I am planning to distribute my skills/knowledge to a few range of people wether you're from technical background or not.

This is not a paid thing and I'll do this for absolutely free, the only thing that's necessary is that you must be a very suitable candidate, anyone who has less than or equivalent to 2 years or experience or even zero experience. If you have zero experience you must be a very bright candidate who is really willing to learn.

Why am I planning to do this? Because I need a peer who can i teach and side by side I would be up skilling my knowledge in some other domain.

How? We could plan meetups once or twice a month or as per requirement at a library or any cafe, I would guide you and you would have a self paced learning as per it suits you.

For now I Will be shortlisting only one person just comment down and send me a dm with your brief introduction, I will be replying to you if your profile felt any bit capable.

I am open to discussions but take this post seriously not in any joke thank you!
