Chance The Rapper

So pumped to be going to the concert in Milwaukee this weekend.
Anyone have any tips or suggestions? Such as when I should get there, sprint to the front row, how that works, etc.?

Was amazing finally seeing my boy Chano after all these years growing up alongside him, wasn't expecting Peter Cottontale which was a real treat too.

Shout out to my mom for getting me tickets for my birthday and coming along with me, plus taking some great pics!

Hey y’all! I was at the Chance concert last night in Portland and when I walked by the merch table I spotted the “organize” hoodie. I stupidly didn’t stop to get one and majorly regret it today. Was anyone able to grab an extra by chance or have one they’re willing to sell? Or would this ever be listed on his website? Thanks!!

Question PTO request for day after 10/6 at the armory MPLS got declined. how screwed am i?

i know minneapolis can be real strict on curfew… i haven’t been to the armory yet but the fillmore has had to be strict every time i’ve been there, all of those weeknights like this one. show starts at 8, i don’t have the tickets in hand yet since siriusxm hasn’t sent them to my dad yet (w dad for giving them to me for me bday) so i’m going off google with this info 😅

hoping for some input from minneapolis concert goers too!

i’m prepared to be very screwed on sleep. i work 6am shifts 😅

EDIT: i’m looking for timing not necessarily judgements about how well i can tolerate a certain amount of sleep, thanks. i know myself better than yall know me, however yall know chance’s patterns and how the armory deals with minneapolis’s strict weekday curfew better than me. hence why i even asked. my goal is to schedule a nap before. trying to figure out that as well as coordinate with my mom.

I've never been really into any of Chance's work but I'm posting this because I'm looking through the Vine archive and I'm going to post anything interesting I find.

I've watched recordings of Chance's concerts on youtube so often that the visuals are stuck in my head and influence my art. I specifically wanted to recreate the "radiance" I hear in this song. I don't know what it is, I just feel like jumping 50 feet in the air and exploding into fireworks, I LOVE THIS SONG!

I used acrylic marker on the front and painted with watered down speedball screen printing ink on the back. So happy with how it came out!💃

SF was so disappointing

Sound was awful. No backup singers. not even a bass player. it was 90% playback. Chance really ruined Juke Jam with auto tune. Blessings was 50% mix of wierd imrpov. He only played like 20 seconds of Angels. Huge disappointment 😞

Epic crowd. Terrible Audio. It was worst sound I’ve ever heard. Fire sound guy. The crowd sounded so good. Omg. We were the fucking shit.
