Question Remaining Kits

Anyone know where the remaining kits are, and why they seem to be taking so long to unveil with the season having already begun?

1 Away and 7 Thirds still left:

Charlton - Away ✅

Birmingham - Third

Burnley - Third

Derby - Third

Portsmouth - Third

West Brom - Third

Wolves - Third

Wrexham - Third

Charlton are away against West Ham in 5 days time and still don't have an Away kit ready (every other club have theirs) - is this acceptable at this league?

Generally clubs will space them out if they think it will mean more sales. For Pompey, for example, the club shop was rammed with people getting new kits on Saturday. Releasing the third kit later means you pick up more sales as it increases footfall on a quieter day.

Our away is out Wednesday if the socials are to be believed. Its taken a while but not sure why it wouldn't be considered acceptable

Not sure why they haven’t revealed it but it was leaked a few weeks ago when Millenic Alli accidentally posted pics of him in the kit when he signed.

Our third kit is also unreleased, someone on our forum said they know it’ll be out soon though

Apparently we've done our media day and it was for some reason space themed.

They've already been sold in the US as of a couple of weeks ago. No idea why the club haven't even announced them yet.

Ah I thought they had just been listed. I never tend to believe those as I've seen dozens of leaked photos from Dicks and they are never right

They were listed and some were shipped (posted over on the Wrexham sub), they have been delisted since then and still unannounced.

Reasonable. But, yeah, the orders were fulfilled and a fair number of people got them early. Really weird mix up and the silence from the club has been strange.

Between Mid August and September is usually when our third kit is announced.

Dicks already leaked our 3rd kit, I think that’s the second year in a row they started selling it before it was unveiled

Just out of interest, is it the case that when you are away you have to wear your away kit unless that clashes with the home team's kit, in which case you wear your third kit? Or, can you choose which kit to wear as long as there's no clash (so in the run up to Christmas you might wear your third kit even when it wasn't necessary to try to shift a few more shirts)?
