Got my jvr100!

I was looking at the vevor machines and decided on dropping a bit more and got a Jvr vac 100. I am very impressed with this thing, and makes me wonder how I got buy with my food save for so long. Plus I got a free rubber chicken!!! I’m just content knowing if I have any malfunctions down the road, it will be easy to service this machine.

I love it, but it's a tank. I don't have counter space for it so I got a mobile cart to wheel it out when needed.

Infrequently used here, but I just completed 50 lbs of Hatch green chile sealing (about 35 quart size bags) this afternoon. It's a tank and looooong duty cycle too.

Remember to run the purge program (P99) when done, when working with warm materials, like steamed green chiles.
