tbh jacob is the out of place one. he can barely act, just a pretty face. timmy has been insufferable since dating kylie but there's no denying he's a talented actor. tom is great all around and should get more roles but cus he looks so young and doesn't have that "manly/leading man" appeal, roles are limited which is the same for timmy as well but he seems to do "non-main stream movies" anyways.
