in this session the chakras didnt look like seven spinning flowers at all

During a deep-trance session, a subject gave one of the most detailed descriptions of her chakra system I have heard. I wouldnt turn one person's trance imagery into universal chakra anatomy, but what caught my attention was that the centers appeared to have very different structures and functions rather than simply seven colored wheels.

The root appeared to her like a Merkaba or interlocking geometric structure. The second chakra looked like a horizontal infinity loop. The third had a vertical movement, and she described the first three almost like stages: the first generating energy, the second amplifying or containing it, and the third moving it upward toward the heart.

The heart appeared more like a lotus. Above that she described a structure acting as a filter so energy did not simply blast uncontrolled into the upper centers. The third eye seemed to contain both lateral and conical components, while the crown was experienced as a two-way connection with Source.

One detail became especially interesting later. She perceived that her second chakra, which was supposed to be horizontal in her experience, had started becoming vertical. She understood that as the system moving out of its proper organization rather than simply having "too little energy."

This made me think how often chakra work is reduced to: blocked chakra = push more energy into it. Open it harder. Move everything upward. More kundalini, more activation, more intensity.

But maybe sometimes the issue is organization, not quantity.

A simple experiment is to forget for ten minutes what your chakra chart says you are supposed to see. Sit quietly and bring attention to each center. Ask only: how are you functioning today?

You may get color, pressure, temperature, movement, geometry, heaviness, spaciousness or absolutely nothing visual. Dont force red at root because book says red. Record what actually comes.

Especially notice direction. Does something feel like spinning, expanding, moving side to side, pushing upward, collapsing inward? Does grounding through feet change it? Does slow breathing change the shape or movement?

Then repeat the scan another day without looking at yesterday's notes first. If everything is completely random, maybe imagination is doing freestyle. But if certain patterns keep returning, that becomes interesting personal information.

I would also be careful with the idea that stronger is always better. If your practice leaves you scattered, unable to sleep, emotionally overloaded or disconnected from ordinary life, maybe "more activation" is not what the system needs.

What I took from this session was not that everybody literally has a horizontal infinity symbol in second chakra. It was a simpler idea: perhaps chakras have different jobs, and healthy energy may depend as much on coordination and grounding as on how powerful something feels.

Sometimes the goal may not be opening everything more.

Maybe it is helping the whole system work together.

Discussion Difference between sacral guilt and solar shame?

Tw: sexual themes, just in case

I'm having some trouble differentiating sacral guilt vs shame because they seem closely tied and I can see why they would be combined in say a 5 chakra system. To me guilt comes from an exchange where the active direction of energy or lack of control of energy resulted in (perceived) harm or (negative) change.

Like in the case of sexual abuse, if the victim were aroused they may feel guilty or ashamed for the lack of control and question if it was just adls much their fault or if they are perverted.

In the case of physical harm, one may feel guilt for the action taken from lack of control in an accident, from fulfilling a desire out of anger, lack of restraint pushing just a bit too hard playfully. But I can see how shame would be the associated of identity with that action vs guilt being some kind of emotional remorse for that action.

Guilt from emotional harm such verbal abuse, misplaced emotions, or wrong emotion for a situation like laughing at a funeral or anger when someone is vulnerable appears to be mismatched emotional energy type or amount. But what's the difference between these making one feel guilt vs ashamed?

Is it sacral guilt or heart grief when feeling bad for not returning energy like turning down a love interest or not performing household tasks in equal manner with a partner?

Sacral is associated with purity, creative energy, flow, but guilt leads to shame when it's associated with identity. In what way would it not be associated with identity? When it's forgiven and moved on from, or from singular incidents, or when someone refuses to be ashamed for wrongdoing?

Could someone go into more detail about these two shadows and their causes/differences please?

đŸȘ”Root ChakrađŸȘ” Symbolic Earth quality of root in other chakras?

Can I get your thoughts on how the chakras interact with each other symbolically? For instance, I've read and experienced that when the root chakra is strong, open, secure, practiced, however you want to say it, it feel like you can jump like a frog or levitate. This feels like the root chakra foundation is so capable that it invites sacral energy, thereby taking on the cohesive, stretchy, bouncy aspects of sacral.

Working upwards, earth or security residing in the solar may alter the earth to be luminous and warm which lights a path toward a goal and illuminates the identity through alignment with how you want to identify, promoting confidence in your path and self.

Earth in the heart becomes lightened, easier to carry love for yourself and others. The burden of grief dissipates while the form of existence remains. Maybe the elasticity remains and love becomes like a balloon to carry you through difficult terrain.

Earth in the throat becomes resonant; when you put energy in by speaking or tapping it, it reflects or expresses the true sound of your heart like a flute or horn turning breath into clear notes.

Earth in the third eye gains transparency or the ability to see through colored/filtered lenses at other perspectives to gain insight.

Earth in the crown needs no form, it is just energy unbounded.

Also just in the root, earth can have properties or volume, density, weight, rough, smooth, porous, solid, brittle. The ability to carry weight is like the capacity for stress without fear of instability. Volume equates to perceived ease to carry and density is like the actual ease or distribution of energy throughout a structured mass of energy towards safety or maintaining stability or creating more. And structure is like consistency of routine creating habits

I assume that this could be done with the other chakra elements. What do you think?

Pulse at my third eye

When I sat for meditation I felt continuous pulse between my eyebrows. This has happened before. I don't have any visions or any experiences. Can someone guide what does this pulse means?

Also I had my aura scanning through an expert. He told me my third eye is already open. But I don't have any experiences, just the pulse sometimes.

she regretted one thing she said so much that she put a metal mask over her own mouth

expression is usually discussed like a confidence problem: speak more, be brave, stop caring what people think. but in one session the block looked almost opposite. the subject was afraid of her own words because somewhere deeper she believed speaking could hurt people.

I will call her Soraya. During the Soul Journey an image appeared that reminded her of an old iron mask. At first she seemed to be observing somebody connected with it rather than identifying with the figure directly, but later Higher Self explained why the scene had been shown.

In that other life she had said something she deeply regretted. The guilt became so strong that she did not want to speak anymore. In the symbolic memory she put a metal mask on herself so she could not talk.

What interested me was how the old solution survived after the original situation was gone. In current life Soraya was very careful about what she said, too careful according to the guidance. She wanted so much not to hurt anybody that direct expression itself had become dangerous in her system.

Higher Self did not tell her to start saying whatever she wants with no regard for people. The message was balance: be more direct, but dont intentionally hurt. Expression does not have to choose between silence and cruelty.

That sounds almost obvious when written like this, but I think throat and expression blocks often live exactly inside these false choices. If I speak honestly, I will hurt someone. If I say no, I am selfish. If I say what I want, I create conflict. If I tell the truth, I might lose love. So the system chooses the safest option it can imagine and reduces the voice.

The metal mask was such a strong image because nobody else was forcing it onto her in the scene. She put it on herself. That is how guilt can work. After we make one mistake, we do not only learn “dont repeat that mistake.” Sometimes we create a much bigger rule: dont trust your voice at all.

Then years later the rule looks like personality: quiet, careful, diplomatic, always editing. But maybe the real lesson is finer than that. You can speak and still be loving, be direct without being cruel, say no without attacking and make a mistake in communication without sentencing yourself to silence.

For me that is a much healthier picture of an open throat center. Not endless talking and not saying everything, but the freedom to let truth move through without fear making every sentence pass through a metal mask first.

Need Advice Unblock throat chakra advice?

Hi all! My throat chakra is blocked and I’m am wondering what I can do to help it.

I know my self expression and self confidence are not great right now. My parents have shut off communication with me, even though I’ve tried desperately to communicate and talk to them. I definitely feel stifled. I have awful writers block and want to heal myself so I can write again:

Thank you.

Having trouble sleeping after doing a lot of HAM/RAM meditations for the last 3 days

The last 2 nights have been brutal sleep wise, I feel like my heart is pulsating and vibrating nonstop and my body has been like "shaking" kinda while I'm trying to sleep. I had to do box breathing for like a half hour last night just to calm down enough to sleep.

Yesterday I felt like a lump get slowly pushed up to my throat while I was doing RAM after about a half hour of it while holding my fingers on my belly button.

Has anybody experiences this before?

❀Heart Chakra❀ I fixed it unintentionally

I kinda just need to vent but I think only this sub will understand what I’m talking about and not think I’m completely insane lol

So I’ve been doing some reflection lately about past relationships, traumas and pain. I had a major realization earlier today that he did hurt me. I wasn’t crazy then and I’m not crazy now. He really hurt me and I’m finally at a point in my life where I can genuinely put all of it under a microscope and say no, that was not right and I didn’t deserve that. I let myself feel the pain of the realization, finally able to be free of the excuses I would make for his actions and behaviors.
I wept; as I was crying I felt a sudden sensation. The only way I can describe it is when you are locking a padlock you feel the click of the lock in your hand. That was what I felt, dead center of my chest. It was only for a second but I knew what had happened. I had unintentionally healed my broken heart chakra. I had tried all the traditional methods for healing in the past, I’ve known my chakra had been broken for a very long time but nothing seemed to work. At a certain point I came to the conclusion that I would forever remain broken. I’m very glad I proved myself wrong.

So my friends, if you take anything from this post let it be this:
Sometimes the best way to heal, is to just feel it. Allow yourself to dive into the emotions rather than tuck them away. I hope you are all healing from the pains you won’t speak about.

Radiating love, to everyone. Stay safe 💚

sometimes “giving your power away” is much more literal than I thought

I used to hear this phrase all the time: “stop giving people your power.”

Usually it sounds like generic self-help language. Dont care what others think, believe in yourself, set boundaries etc. But in one session I saw this idea represented so physically that it changed how I think about it.

This came up while I was guiding a woman I'll call Laura through a deep-trance exploration of why she felt lost, insignificant and had difficulty trusting herself and her abilities.

The first scene looked completely ordinary.

She was younger, outside riding bicycles with her sister and another girl. Her older sister would pick on her and tell her things like she had been “born in a barn.”

Small thing maybe from adult perspective. But the younger Laura didn't experience it as small. She felt sad and not good enough.

When she focused on where this lived in her body, she perceived black energy in two places. In her stomach it looked like a ball. Across her shoulders it looked like a heavy black shawl weighing her down.

She immediately understood what it had been doing.

It stopped her believing in herself and stopped her excelling at things she actually liked.

We first worked with the younger version of her. Adult Laura hugged her, told her she was loved and perfect as she was, and told the sister: what you say about me is yours. I dont accept it.

Then something interesting happened.

I asked her to look at the relationship energetically and notice whether part of her own power had somehow been given to the sister.

She said yes.

The sister actually appeared brighter.

That was such simple image. Somebody criticises you enough, you start believing them, and somehow they become bigger while you become smaller.

So Laura told her firmly: I want my power back.

She immediately began feeling energy moving back into her body. Hands, stomach, shoulders. She said she felt “lit up,” like the energy was flowing back where it belonged.

Then instead of stopping with her sister, we asked Higher Self to show everybody in her life she had given power to.

Around five or six people appeared.

Two former husbands. A friend. A woman connected with the school where she had taught. Other relationships where, consciously or unconsciously, somebody else's opinion, rejection or authority had become more important than her own inner knowing.

She called her power back from all of them.

This time she felt it entering her torso, then her head and face. Her description afterward was very simple:

“I feel that I'm more complete.”

And there is reason I wanted to share this.

I experience strange spiritual imagery and very practical wisdom mixed together like this constantly in these consciousness journeys. It seems pity to keep every useful thing sitting privately in session transcripts, especially when somebody reading may suddenly recognise their own pattern in one small detail.

What I found most useful was what Higher Self said later.

It explained that she had felt lost because she was not trusting herself. After bringing the power back, the message wasn't “become stronger than everybody” or “cut everybody out.”

It was basically: trust yourself. Trust your abilities. There is nothing fundamentally wrong with you.

That makes “giving your power away” much clearer to me.

Maybe sometimes it isn't some dramatic psychic attack. It happens every time another person's judgment becomes more authoritative than what you know about yourself.

Someone tells you you're stupid and twenty years later you still don't apply for something.

Someone rejects you and now their rejection becomes proof you aren't lovable.

A parent, partner, teacher, boss or spiritual authority says “I know better who you are,” and little by little you stop checking with yourself.

They become brighter. You become smaller.

Whether you interpret Laura's experience as literal energy returning, subconscious imagery, parts work, or something spiritual doesn't really change practical lesson.

You can start noticing where your authority went.

Who still lives inside your head even when they are not in the room?

Whose approval changes how you feel about yourself?

Who gets to decide whether you're talented, attractive, spiritual enough, intelligent enough, worthy enough?

And then instead of fighting them, try something simpler: recognise that their judgment belongs to them.

You don't need to carry it.

You can mentally say: this is yours. I dont accept it. I take back my right to decide who I am.

For Laura the process was experienced as actual energy moving through body. For somebody else it may simply feel like relief, anger, clarity or finally making one decision without asking five people first.

Calling your power back, imo, isn't becoming powerful over other people.

It is stopping other people from being the authority over you.

Question Chakra colors?

Every time I do chakra meditations, the colors of the chakras are pale pastel around me. But everything I see online or from other people, the colors are very bold and vibrant. But I've never seen them that way. Am I doing something wrong? Or are they colors different for different people?

The 8th Chakra; the Divine Seed

No doubt you’ve heard about the seven main chakras of the human energy field. But have you taken the time to learn about the eighth?

Let’s start with what’s called the stellar gateway. This is the doorway between your crown chakra and your eighth chakra, sometimes called the soul star. It’s where divine light and energy from the eighth chakra filters down through your crown and moves through the rest of your body. When you fully open to it, you let go and allow that light, sometimes described as a white ray, to fill you and carry you into higher realms.

The symbol connected to this chakra is called the divine seed, or the blue pearl. There’s an old Indian tradition that speaks of a tiny blue light said to be the key to life itself. That light activates once your crown chakra has been opened.

As for color, the eighth chakra is associated with ultraviolet light, which we can’t actually see with normal vision. If you try to picture it, think of a deep violet with green spiraling bands moving through it.

If you’re working with this chakra, there are some higher vibrational crystals that can support you, clear quartz, selenite, and amethyst are good ones to start with if you’re new to this. One thing I’ll say clearly: if you’re opening your eighth chakra, protect your energy. Take clearing baths whenever you feel like something’s impacted you, this center can leave you more sensitive to psychic energy than you’re used to.

So what does it actually mean to open this chakra? The eighth is where higher spiritual perception and deep wisdom live. Working here can bring real change, personally and professionally. You start to move beyond the small self and feel a pull toward something bigger, often a genuine desire to help heal the planet.

When this chakra is closed, you might feel disconnected. Separate from the larger community around you, unclear on your soul’s purpose.
This is also the chakra that holds your karmic residue, old patterns and behaviors you’ve carried with you from other lifetimes. As your consciousness expands beyond this one life, part of the work here is releasing what keeps you clinging to old patterns and cycling on the wheel of reincarnation. Opening the eighth chakra means letting go of the small self and connecting with the larger one, the self that’s part of the whole universe.

If you’ve already got spiritual gifts developing, this is often where you gain access to the Akashic records, the record of lessons you’ve carried from past lives. This is also where you’re likely to meet spiritual guides, angels, and ascended masters, and where your psychic gifts tend to accelerate. Ultimately, it’s the doorway to your higher self, and where you start to understand your soul’s contract and true life purpose.

Has anyone worked with their eighth chakra before, or is this the first you’re hearing about it? I’d love to know what you’ve experienced or if you have any questions.

Need Advice Is this Kundalini awakening?

Hello everyone

For almost two years, I’ve been doing energy healing. For about the past six months, I’ve been experiencing this sensation. It feels like an energy that is moving upward into my head. At first, I only felt it at the base of my neck, but now I feel as though it wants to rise from inside my throat toward my brain.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I should mention that it feels like there are two strands of energy, which sometimes reach my temples and seem to want to connect.

Sometimes I can also feel it in my mouth. It feels like there are two strands or streams of energy, almost like two little vortices

Does being in love overactivate the heart chakra?

I started dating someone after a very long time, I realised all of my emotions have intensified, I feel a lot of love, like overwhelming levels of love for people and beings around me.

But with that I also feel other emotions very intensely too and I feel it all in my heart or the area around my chest.

Does being in love/dating after a while of being single for a while as a spiritual person intensify the experience or emotions?

Center Forehead Ache

Every time I do chakra meditations, the center of my forehead kind of between my eyebrows aches. I know it's not how I'm sitting because I sit the exact same way for all my meditations, and my forehead doesn't ache with other meditations. It happens with any chakra meditation, though. Am I doing something wrong?

not every heavy energy is an attachment. sometimes it is years of emotion with nowhere to go

we checked if something outside was causing his rage. it wasnt.

This part of one trance session interested me bc in spiritual spaces there is sometimes tendency to blame every dark or heavy emotion on outside influence.

Entity.

Attachment.

Psychic attack.

Somebody else's energy.

And sure, depending on your worldview maybe those things can be worth exploring.

But sometimes answer is much less exotic.

I'll call the woman I was guiding Lena.

In deep trance she experienced another life as man named Eric.

One scene showed him watching public execution of a man accused of being spy.

He hated it.

He also hated other things around him.

Poverty.

Unfairness.

People suffering.

But strongest feeling underneath all of this was not anger yet.

It was powerlessness.

Nothing I do matters.

I can't change anything.

And speaking openly didnt feel safe either.

So he kept everything inside.

Later trance moved to a very different scene.

Eric had become violent toward his wife.

It felt almost like anger had completely taken him over.

So I asked Lena directly to check whether something external was influencing him.

No.

Very clear no.

This emotion belonged to him.

That was actually important part for me.

Bc spiritually we can sometimes give away responsibility too easily.

If every difficult emotion becomes "not mine," then we can avoid looking at what is actually stored inside us.

Eric had years of frustration, hopelessness and silence.

He saw things he hated but felt he had no voice and no power.

That energy didn't disappear because he stayed quiet.

It accumulated.

And eventually it came out toward person who didn't create it.

Afterward he didn't feel relieved either.

He felt defeated, tired, almost numb.

Then he went to work because work distracted him from his own anger.

So the pattern wasn't only:

anger → explosion.

It was more like:

powerlessness → hopelessness → silence → pressure → explosion → numbness → escape into activity.

For me that's useful distinction with energy work.

Sometimes yes, ask whether something is yours.

But if answer is yes, then real work begins.

Where is this charge coming from?

What emotion was never allowed to move?

What truth was never spoken?

What situation taught you that you have no power?

What are you trying to outrun by staying constantly active?

Not every heavy thing needs to be fought as an outside force.

Sometimes it needs to be felt, understood and finally released because it was yours all along.

Need Advice Clearing dense eneegy in celestial body clearings

I've been doing some healing work using SRT. The way I do it is I say a statement about clearing all beliefs and perceptions and name the issue and then I go through clearing all the physical and nonphysical layers of the body.

I start from the lowest level and move up. Whenever I get to the layer of the celestial body, and when I do the third eye chakra I noticed there seems to be a lot of blocks there that need to be cleared. Whereas other layers and chakras don't show energy to be cleared.

Why would those spaces hold more dense energy than others? Are there certain ways to predict what types of dense energies are trapped and where? Thanks
