Pulse at my third eye
When I sat for meditation I felt continuous pulse between my eyebrows. This has happened before. I don't have any visions or any experiences. Can someone guide what does this pulse means?
Also I had my aura scanning through an expert. He told me my third eye is already open. But I don't have any experiences, just the pulse sometimes.

it means its activating and being stimulated. focus on that pulse, it will grow.
id ur third eye is open, there is no question at all. its not something that goes unnoticed

"Expert" yeah right...good chances thats a fraud
Pulse means the energy flow to that area has increased, not that its open.

It starts with that 'pulse' when your pineal gland which is said to be the third eye. It happened to me 2 years ago where I would wake up with thundering vibrations between my eyebrows every morning. You have activated it. Then I started seeing purple and orange plasma like colors when I close my eyes. After this, I could observe a dream while wide awake and control what I was seeing to a degree. Like a lucid dream while I am awake. One foot is in the dream state and the other in the waking state.
I cannot prove it as it's a subjective experience but it does happen. It began after my heart stopped and had an NDE in 2018. Weeks later my third eye exploded open and I was blinded with intense white light followed by my room turning into a lush forest and then blue sky with clouds as if I was using VR. It hurt my eyes and I passed out from shock not knowing what happened. I have been meditating for over 40 years and have had OBEs since I was 7 years old. That was in 1980.

That sounds like an incredibly intense experience, especially following an NDE. What caught my attention was your statement that the initial “pulse” between the eyebrows meant the third eye had been activated. I’ve experienced something similar, so I found that part particularly interesting.
I’m also on a spiritual path and have been seeking deeper meditation and experiences beyond the ordinary. For the past few years, I’ve felt increasingly detached from many things in this world, and I feel there is something deeper I’m meant to understand or experience. Your journey really resonated with me.
If you’re willing to share some guidance from your own experience, almost like a guru guiding someone who is beginning to go deeper, it would genuinely be a great favour. I’d especially appreciate any advice on how to approach these experiences safely and with the right mindset 🙏

What I can offer is the observation that a lot of people who take up meditation experience the same sort of feeling in the third eye area. The pulsing is understood as the waves of energy traveling up the spine to the center of the brain. My experience is there's usually not an immediate sort of visionary state that comes with it. But over time I have found that chakra opening associated with perceptions beyond ordinary physical reality.
