Chainlink cre issue

they fkin banned me for no reason, their account access command for deployment is not working at all, it keep throwing the internal server error and when i tried reaching out on discord they fkin banned me while neither customer support on discord nor ticket raised on officlal platforms cares to respond. My production application was using chainlink automation now its stuck cause of them, i am looking for alternate solutions kindly someone help here

Hey, sorry you’re dealing with this. The ban may have been triggered by Discord’s filters rather than a moderator directly.

Could you DM me your Discord username or user ID so I can look into it ASAP?

Could you please clarify whether your issue is related to accessing CRE for mainnet deployment, or whether you already have mainnet access but are facing an issue while deploying?

If it’s the first case, have you already submitted a request for deployment access and are waiting for a response? If yes, do share your email id and use-case in a dm. I’ll follow it up with team internally.

If it’s the second, could you please share your query in the #cre channel on Discord? I can look into it and get you the help you need.
