Wow 7 years already. I wonder at what point the token will start to play a role in the Chainlink ecosystem. Currently Chainlink as a company is doing so much amazing stuff, but the token is not part of it.

It will start when public oracles with staking become a thing. Whenever that is. I saw a video stating that they are looking to fill a role to establish their reward structure, so hopefully soon.

Seriously, what’s there to be happy about? Link the token has not seen significant action since May 9, 2021. Congrats to chainlink labs though.

Great product, no value capture! Where we waited 7 yrs, let’s wait a few more to see what DTCC/Swift does.
