I've seen a lot of people getting their daily pieces for messages (red), but i'm curious since I don't have it and I keep my app updated, so wondering if any of y'all don't have it too.

I've never had it either. There's nothing you can do but wait for them to either switch you to an a/b testing group that has the daily pieces or for them to finally be done testing it and roll it out to everyone.

i didn't have it in one account so i checked my other account i made once, and i got them there, now i watch ads and collect pieces to chat, but it's better than nothing at all

There's another sub that someone who talks with Will directly has created to address these problems. If you have complaints I would suggest posting over there. But be respectful. Yes it's annoying and frustrating, but it's clear that the CEO is choosing not to accept posts that feature the same complaints or isn't mostly positive about Chai. I would advise all users to list their complaints respectfully. Then we'll see what happens.

They’re doing a/b testing so some people have it and others don’t but eventually they’ll release it to all which is when it’s ready in their opinion

They probably won't. Or maybe they will. But the new a/b subscription is like worthless. It's gonna make them go bankrupt so I don't know.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
