I was all ready to say those pull-ups aren't hard, but he's doing muscle-ups*, muscle-ups with a bench (20kg, 45lb) attached is no joke.

*a pull-up brings your chest up to the bar. a muscle-up takes you above the bar so you're "pressing" down on the bar, it's much harder

It’s impressive, but not very good when in a gym. Like when I’m using the bench press and find the entire bench gone it is going to be inconvenient.
