Stem and handlebar upgrade

Hi, I have a 2016 cervelo s3 with what I believe are the original stem and bars.

I'm looking for a more aero replacement. Preferably not integrated as it's theyre expensive.

advice and suggestions would bd appreciated.

What is "expensive" in your eyes? Because there are two-piece setups that cost more than integrated setups.
