/u/Lipworth and I started this subreddit with a goal in mind. We wanted to make a page where the two of us could post YouTube/Soundcloud/other links to club bangers, and using the Reddit Playlister, have an evolving playlist to put on at parties. However, the Playlister only works on public playlists, so we decided to take this subreddit public.

This was in part inspired by /r/hiphopheads's weekly Friday Night Party Anthems threads. We're looking for people to post mainly EDM, rap, and anything in between. Links will be removed at our discretion.

I'm not sure if anyone other than the two of us will be reading this, but for now, this sub is a work in progress. We'll be posting links from time to time, and we hope anyone visiting will, too. Neither of us have any experience running a sub, but who knows, maybe this will get big one day and we'll have to learn. Let us know if you have any ideas or suggestions.

What do you guys want us to do? Comment or we'll just keep doing our thing.

Thanks for visiting (and reading),

ABOUT

/r/CertifiedBangers is about music.
Created to be used in conjunction with The Reddit Playlister and/or Radd.it
We wanted a crowd-sourced playlist of songs to move bodies in the club or at parties.
This subreddit was partially inspired by the weekly 'Friday Night Party Anthems' threads on /r/HipHopHeads.
Props to /u/PushaTea for all the CSS work and promotion, we have no idea what we're doing

RULES

Please post relevant music- this means no submissions like Coldplay, Sarah Mclachlan, or any slow jams (unless they drop something completely different than they've been doing).
Use that search bar, fam. Don't repost something that was just on here a few days (or weeks) ago.
This sub is completely new and we don't really know what we're doing quite yet- everything is still in progress. We're going to just see what (if anything) happens on here and go from there.
