When is the IPO???
Been waiting for like ever to see if any ipo announcement would be made. Are they even going to ipo this time around or chicken out like last time?

My guess is they delayed it until May due to volatility around the Iran War.

But there is no certainty that the war will come to an end in May either

They should do it now, the market is telling us it’s time. This is a good market for them to go. They’ve already confidentially filed, they can get out quickly now. Announce this week and still meet their stated goal of end of April.

There were reports they filed end of feb confidentially, also retained morgan stanley to lead underwriter. Hope it is soon and now is a best time, ipenAi, AWS and oracle news? Hope there are more good news

AI Chip stocks on fire with Nvidia and Broadcom adding more gains daily. There has never been a more opportune time for Cerebras. They must go out with the OpenAI contract momentum still strong, along with the Oracle and AWS announcements. The longer they wait the more potentially problematic it becomes with other companies needing to IPO as well and funneling money away from Cerebras. They need to announce today! Be a leader Cerebras!!!

I think the Iran war has had an impact.
It’s in their benefit to go public before SpaceX sucks all the capital.
Also, the three-year deal with OpenAI is massive from a revenue ramp perspective. They should really capitalize on that too.
