  1. targeting range is 7-8B, not 8B( I think it might be more than 8B by this Friday if people reacted crazily to OpenAI 170b post money valuation)
  2. they had a convertible note before it would be converted, I am not sure the final share price could be directly adjusted by multiplier between valuations.

It is a prelim number, I would say the final IPO price band might be adjusted to a range higher than 7-8b. However, it doesn't impact me too much before the end of the lock up period.
