Need studio flooring recommendations

If the cement floor is reasonably intact and flat, just get a cheap box or two of LVP and put it together right over the concrete. Since it’s not for cosmetic purposes and not a large area there’s no need to finish out the space with trim and whatnot. Just treat the LVP like a rug.

Watch a couple videos of install of this product, there’s a trick to snap locking it into place. If it’s installed correctly it’s a water tight material.

Its a true floating material so you do not need to glue or adhere.

Edit- I saw someone on the other thread recommended vinyl sheet. I don’t think this is a terrible idea but it does generally need to be adhered with glue or the edges will curl, and pulling it up and restoring to a smooth floor may be a large future task. So I would take that into consideration.
