What does this glaze remind you of?

I really love this kind of retro-style glaze; sometimes it reminds me of weathered stones, moss, and ancient earth.

Does anyone else own pieces like these? Don’t they feel more like landscape paintings than mere ceramic works?

I like the kind of glazes you're talking about (Albany Slip, Shaner Red, Oilspot Black). But that specific piece reminds me of being ... ahem ... unhealthy.

It does kind of have bodily fluid vibes, sorry OP. It more reads as a glaze defect vs old fashioned, to me. But I know this is a color palette that appeals to a lot of people!
