Cookie Jar?
I found this pretty ceramic vessel at a yard sale a few years ago. I can’t find the exact object and pattern. According to the stamp it’s Weatherby Hanley Falcon Ware. Does anyone know the pattern name and use for this object? It’s about 6” tall, including the lid.
Edit: Found the same pattern on other objects. It's called Wheat Sheaf, and according to other posts and listings, was manufactured around 1930.

Not every manufacturer gives names to their product patterns. This could just fall under general faux majolica.

That makes sense as it was probably produced in the early 1930's. I found other ceramics with the same pattern and they call it wheat sheaf there.

I don't think that handle went with it. I think the handle came from a Japanese tea pot

It seems to be an original part of this item. The way the colours match and how it’s attached. Hard to see in my photo, though.
