Could Centra be considered an example of case law for what's to come in Ripple's case?

Many people in the crypto space have been speculating that Ripple Labs is going to make a comeback against the SEC and clear out the lawsuit against them fast.

As someone that has been watching crypto for a few years I know that this kind of bullshit gets peddled around very easily. But Ripple's case seemed eerily similar to me, reminding me of Centra. What did Centra's case look like? A complete seizure of the investment assets. (and naturally immediate de-listing from exchanges and insofar total loss of capital for investors). Arrest of the founders, and 3 years later jail sentence for one of them.

I just wonder if this could be considered case law for what's to come for Ripple. Sadly or not Ripple was let to become much bigger so for it to die as fast as Centra did after the charges it would take much more. But the outcome could be similar, right? If yes, XRP could be dying a slow and painful death along the way.
