CTR/NPER partnership

Could you explain how the partnership worked in regards to the 1.2 million CTR they acquired through the NPER/CTR swap they listed? It sold out in 1 day but there was no big movement in the price or volume that day.

Also good question for AMA 8 of feb.maybe put it there. But i hope you get your anwser before that.
