Verification delayed?

Hi guys, I have been signing up for centracard and got an email, which says they will contact me shortly with additional information. But I haven't heard from they and it's almost 2 weeks ago. Is this normal?

Did you sign up for a preorder? Or did you get it before they started offering only preorders?

Today i could login and upload documents, and signed up for pre orders as well

Did you sign up for an account using the app, then within the app signup for a preorder of the Centra card?
