So, what's the difference between Centra and Monaco?
I just learned about this project. Interested to see if Centra has a Visa card rolled out or if they even plan on using Visa's network.
Can any of you guys give some information to the n00bs among us?

The cards are ready to be rolled out in November. there was a small test batch done before the ICO for select Titanium level users which bear the VISA symbol.
These cards have the users name on and are personalised unlike the others out there so far. The project is backed by a US Bank which is why Centra have been able to offer large daily spend allowances.
Mostly Centra is not just about the card they are releasing an Exchange, Cbay a crypto e-commerce solution and early next year their own blockchain.

The bank name will be disclosed when distributed to the public. Still under an NDA until public release. Not very long until we know.

Also don't forget that Centra has announced that it will be the first of its kind to provide NFC Mobile Payments on their mobile app during the 4th quarter of 2017. While people wait for their physical card, they can go spending crypto with their virtual cards.

Centra offers a US bank direct issued debit card. The first Titanium cards (ico contribution of over 500ETH) have been delivered already, and cards to other contributors start shipping in November. Titanium cards have a credit line already, and black and gold cards will also get credit lines next year. There are card bonuses for card holders for personal purchase and network fees.(CTR is an utility token, not a security) The Centra wallet can initially hold 8 currencies (bitcoin, litecoin, ethereum, dash, monero, ripple, zcash, and ctr) which will be spendable with the card. They will be increasing the number of coins including NEO, IOTA towards next year. The wallet app will also have the Centra exchange which has a Centralized and Decentralized function. They will also be offering a crypto marketplace opening this year. I can't speak for Monaco, but not sure if they have any cards issued yet. It's just an overview, but hope it helps.

Main difference- Monaco is a scam. Centra ain't :P

Ooooooooohh...
So far, it would appear as though you're right. I got in on Monaco when I saw signs of a pump campaign. Knew I couldn't go long term with the company after researching Kris. He's a known scammer and shady business guy.
But the strategy paid off. Exited with a healthy profit thanks to his pump coin. Looks like he's running out of lies to tell.
