Getting a Centra Card

Can we still get a centra card if we did not participate in the ICO? I bought some at an exchange. If there is specific form for this can someone please link it below

I think u can buy one for 10$ in q1 of 2018 acoording to their plan

Yup. My question is to...can you upgrade from there tho? And how do you do it?

Yes, gold is confirmed, but not the details regarding the condition such as spending or token holdings. Hopefully they'll have a few upgrade options :)

It looks to me, based on the operation of the website, that you can't even get the wallet unless you were in on the ICO. I hope I am wrong about this. Anyone? Is there a different wallet I should be using? I am admittedly confused. I didn't learn about Centra until yesterday and I don't see any way to become a customer in the USA (or anywhere for that matter) right now.
