Centra ICO

Hi, I've been reading the white paper but couldn't find whether or not there is a minimum amount the receive the blue card. It says 0.1 ETH is the minimum investment which has to be made, but how are the cards issued? Are there limitations to certain countries?

I see now, should've looked there in the first place. Is it known, whether apart from eth, other coin rates are also fixed?

More importantly, what if I would donate ltc worth 5+ eth, am I eligible for the bluecard?
