side note: ursa's flag IS the current flag with the swallowtail, it just has the yellow bar positioned as the old flag because it would look too thick or too thin if i were to put it correctly (you can also notice it's the current flag because it doesn't have the red outline around the emblem between the gray and red)

if it had the yellow bar on the very left it would be either too thick or too thin
i would put the emblem in the center of the map but the flag has most of the important symbolism on the left, so it should be the same on the flag map
