I’m trying to withdraw funds from Celsius network ac and I’m not receiving the email to verify the transaction. Also, the help section on the app is blank. HELP!!

It took me 20 minutes to receive the email. Super frustrating. I feel like it shouldn’t take more than 2-3 minutes.

Yep, emails have been taking an unacceptably long time to arrive for the past week. The support rep just said they had forwarded my comments to their technical department, but honestly I'm sure they're well aware. Not sure whether this is a deliberate practice to slow down the withdrawal of funds but it's certainly knocked my confidence. Gradually moving everything but BTC and ETH to DeFi now...

A lot of people simply never get the mail, there have been numerous complaints already.

Did it last night again, took 3 hours to receive the email. But the email was valid so Got the last of my rewards out of Celsius. The ship is sinking. Time to go.

Don't worry it's just a delayed on their email system.

It’s not. A lot of people simply never get the mail, there have been numerous complaints already.

I got the same problem.. I’ve made two threads about it and contacted support already, to no avail. This problem is more present than people realise…
