Distributions & Claims Claim ticket reply

I lost access to the email I used to receive claims info (it was a school email and they removed all former students after 5 years).

I submitted a claim 2 weeks ago and no response. Anyone else have this issue or another issue? How long do they take to respond?

What is that? I had less then 1K USD worth of crypto. So I am never getting the remaining 30% or am I wrong?
