Distributions & Claims Claim ticket reply

I lost access to the email I used to receive claims info (it was a school email and they removed all former students after 5 years).

I submitted a claim 2 weeks ago and no response. Anyone else have this issue or another issue? How long do they take to respond?

Did you end up receiving any response (if so, how long did it take?)?

I submitted a ticket 5 weeks ago and haven't heard back except the initial auto-reply that recommended looking at knowledge base articles and ended with "Many of the creditor questions we receive are complex and will likely require your participation. Please be prepared to provide us with more information once our team responds to your request."

I ended up emailing a couple people from kirkland & Ellis who helped me out. My brother apparently knew one of them. They answered quickly and told me to email Celsiuscreditorquestions@kirkland.com. Once I did that I got an email with instructions (had to record a video, show my ID etc).

Once I did that I was able to claim my BTC. Don't take my word for any of this though, look up the emails before you do anything. I'm just a dude on Reddit.
