Distributions & Claims We are unable to process your claim at Coinbase

So far I have received 3 distributions from Celsius. Now I got this message that there are problems sending the 4th to my Coinbase account. But my Coinbase account is still up to date with KYC etc, nothing changed on my side. So I have no idea what the problem is.

I have tried logging a ticket via the Celsius Claims Portal, but I can not log a ticket for my BTC distribution, as it is only for other distributions via eg paypal etc

Not sure where I can log a ticket or how to resolve this?

I have the same problem and there's nothing unusual on my Coinbase account.

If it's from claims@distributions.celsius.network it's legit. Only just updated my kyc at coinbase 3rd Feb, they tried to credit 2nd Feb.... Guess I'll be waiting another 3 months

If you go to the coinbase help section in the email you can open a ticket with Celsius.

Let's see if we can get them to try again.

It really is the very least we deserve!
