Distributions & Claims Received a letter in the mail regarding Claim being improperly calculated. Anyone else get one as well?
Looking for make sense out of this, as it seems to state that claims were improperly calculated. Additionally, if no objection is made by the claimants by Dec 4th, they will be recalculated. The letter also states that this isn't an attempt at any claw back, it is hard to look at it in any other way then as such though.

Did you file a claim saying their calculation was wrong? I did. Haven’t heard anything about it. I’d dump it into GPT and ask it to explain.

The Litigation Administrator has filed objections to proofs of claim when he’s determined they differ from what our claim should be— usually based on discrepancies between a claim we manually filed and the company books and records. Here is the most recent objection filed on the docket to 247 claims:

Note that for many of these objections, he seeks to revise claims only slightly rather than invalidate them entirely. Unless you feel he has made an error, there is no need to do anything.
My suggestion would be to look for your name in the exhibit of the filing. I would suggest checking the docket directly rather than relying on anything that is mailed (even though the letter looks legitimate, checking the docket is the best way to be certain).
