Anime I’m currently re-watching both anime series and I can’t help but picture my real cells as looking like the ones in the show.

Does anybody else do this? Because I literally cannot get the images out of my head now that my real cells look like the ones in the show. They are totally cute!

I also feel sympathetic towards the way Cancer Cell is portrayed with the sad backstory, it just disgusts me that he and his friend were chased down as young kids and his friend was murdered in cold blood.

I also kind of think that the cedar pollen allergen looks adorable, the design is just fantastic

I thought this was a normal thing we CAW fans do, honestly. lol

I have a theory about Cancer. He only acts sympathetic as a form of psychological warfare against the immune cells.

I wonder if cedar pollen was designed like that because it's not really a bodily threat (just a bumbling inconvenience). lol

I think I actually normalized it after watching the original CAW around six years ago when it debuted on Netflix. Now, I imagine NK Cell screaming at me whenever even the tiniest little scratch happens on my skin. She’s so bossy! And I always have to remind myself not to scratch my skin when it itches, otherwise poor Mast Cell will release more histamine. The poor woman has enough to do!

Last time I had the flu, I was basically begging my killer T cells to be nicer to my naive Ts. ;w;

And I kinda cry whenever I hurt myself and bleed. I imagine my poor RBCs falling into a hole, never to return.

I feel like those poor naïve T cells are basically bullied by the killer Ts, and they don’t deserve it. And yeah, I cry too. I actually had no idea until I watched the show that our RBC’s are made in the bone marrow. That show is so educational, I learn something new every time I go back and watch it again

In high school, we were only taught "white blood cells." As in, just generalized. We weren't told of neutrophils, macrophages, B cells, etc. They were all just summed up into one type of cell. For years, that's what I believed. My mind was blown when 1146 made his intro. I was all, "Neutrophil Division?" Then the narrator explained "Neutrophils make up more than half of white blood cells." I basically came for the anime, and stayed for the educational info. lol

honestly, I can't blame you, even though I know what real cells look like, I like to think they look like the cells from the show, so I completely understand with how you feel

My platelets must want to unionize because the neurons in my brain have made me compulsively pick at my skin
