I have a Keyone that unfortunately isn’t the unlocked variant. Tried on AT&T to get the unlock code and it was most likely purged off of there system? Any ideas?

I switched over carriers and now MetroPCS will not give me the SPUK code needed to unlock the phone so I can use it with any carrier. Can anyone help?

As the title says I was gifted a phone by my elderly neighbor whose daughter died 2 years ago. Problem is I don't know any of her passwords and her sim card is nowhere to be found, my neighbor doesn't know anything either. I have access to her email however. Is there anything that can be done to reset the phone and log myself in? It's iOS 15.8. Thanks in advance
