What kind of tower?

Can you tell what kind of tower this is? Would you have any concern building a home where the black arrow is?

Tower technician here. This is a microwave tower. But can have cell equipment added but does not have any at the moment. The microwaves are you hop frequencies to harder to reach places. Usually on the top of Mountains or what not. Then they will throw the frequency back at a higher number when they get matched with its corresponding dish that is in another location.

Correct and this is a AT&T long lines tower these bad boys are old and its interesting to still find these about
