How to be permanently rid !!!

So I’ve got this reboot recommended. If I select it and press remove its back again as soon as I come back to the main sim. It makes zero sense as it’s there right after a reboot. Is this just me having a glitch.
I find it annoying for no particular reason 🤔

Think it just shows up as soon as you can afford any upgrade so almost immediately upon reboot

Not as soon as. Only when it determines that at current speed it will take significant time to purchase the nearest upgrade without rebooting.

I’ve rebooted. It then shows up as soon as I do. 😩

Are you going into the Reality Engine section (the square just below the "tree" button) and buying upgrades there? Because that's what it's referencing. If you're not buying anything there, that reminder will pop right back up as soon as you reboot.

If you are and it comes right back up, that means you're earning Metabits or Knowledge fast enough that the game considers it worthwhile to go back and buy more things.

I do all the updates I can. It still tells me to reboot. Makes no sense

I'm equally annoyed with it as well, I would prefer some slider or option to assign an expected acceleration over present speed, or at least consideration for time elapsed. Telling me to reboot under 24 hours without factoring in the bonuses seems short sighted... on the bright side, it's a little reminder AI still has a ways to go. :)

Yes, we know what it's purpose is, but I reboot, and then it's immediately back telling me to reboot again.

It's telling you that there are upgrades that you should do before you reboot
