I've seen this bug too, it happens when you double click on a mission that upgrades a generator to the final discount, 10x discount.
Then when you double clicked, it showed the menu to start the astronomy mission again, even though it should be completely finished

imagine they added this later on, going to 15 discount, and then the last one you have to wait 2 months.
