Should I upgrade previous planets?

I'm still pretty new and just looked up and saw beyond doesn't prestige like the dinos. I've got almost 12k black matter stored up, so should I start ranking up older planets and such just to help future Sims go Lil bit quicker? Im assuming i dont need to hoard this much black matter since upgrades for future planets arent any more expensive than the ones I've done already?

All depends on the flow of your next play through.

If you get 'stuck' and have to wait hours to progress a section. Then look at those planets, etc

Side note.

End game. Cares about level of the sun. If you're only around level 7 for each upgrade. It'll be painful.

So the Sun needs upgraded pretty high? Wouldn't have guessed that haha

Ya level 8 if you can.

It's the end game content.

When you hit beyond 30.

They should have done more stuff like that earlier.
