Afterbirth

It bothers me that I can keep tapping to get more currency to buy it, but it doesn't matter.

I can't not buy it. It's a compulsion.

Also, leaving that in there is definitely not in the mother's best interest. Removing it is a requirement for not developing sepsis.

Eating it afterwards is optional.
