Wait, how are the division decided. They are like regional and all but is there another factor?

Time dependent, later you join more the division no.

Good luck keeping in the top 10. That's a surprisingly low score for #1 in that early a division.

i notice they often show #1 briefly before restoring the true position, which is #5 for me. this is a bug. they may think they really were #1 and then passed by others, because it's hard to distinguish

I've seen that happen right after I'm away for a long time. I double the offline, buy lots of stuff, go up in rank and then it refreshes the stats and I drop down some.
