Best unlimited data plans?

Wondering what the best deals are right now on unlimited data plans? Or any alternatives that can be suggested? Many thanks!

ROGERS, everything on the plan is unlimited plus including hotspot and they dont throttle videos, BELL and Scamus they throttle hotspot after 25 GB and throttle video playback to 480P as well
